David L. Reich is an experienced business attorney concentrating in general business matters and transactions for private businesses and business owners, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, commercial lending, leasing and real estate transactions. David also has significant expertise in the estate planning and estate administration areas, specializing in estate and gift tax matters and business succession planning.
