Robert “Bob” L. Schlossberg concentrates his practice in business law, largely focusing on mergers and acquisitions, borrower and lender financing, real estate transactions, employment agreements, distribution agreements, shareholder agreements and contracts of all varieties. With a strong finance background as a CPA, Bob pairs substantial knowledge and legal skills with depth of experience handling transactions ranging from under $1 million up to $3.6 billion.
Bob has served as a member of the board of directors and as a trustee for many of his clients. They trust Bob for the same reason that other attorneys respect him – because in complex transactions, he foresees and protects the client from issues that other attorneys may miss.
Before joining Lawrence Kamin, Bob spent most of his legal career at Altheimer & Gray, where he was once chairman of the firm’s corporate department. Bob also has prior experience teaching accounting part-time at DePaul University and as a clerk for a federal district court judge. When Bob is not practicing law, he enjoys traveling abroad with his wife and playing with his grandchildren at home.
