With over 50 years of experience, Barry B. Nekritz is a real estate attorney widely recognized for his extensive subject matter expertise in real estate law.

Barry spends a vast majority of his time serving as trusted business counsel to clients on acquisitions, dispositions and new development of large real estate projects. He demonstrates great skill in guiding clients through complex real estate transactions involving multiuse buildings and representing sellers and buyers in large portfolio transactions. Barry has represented clients in the purchase, sale, financing and construction of a myriad of real estate projects, including shopping centers, industrial, office, multi-family residential, and other properties throughout the United States. He also has substantial experience representing condominium developers and homeowners’ associations.

Barry continues to share his knowledge as an active member on several committees and commissions to advance the practice of real estate law in the U.S. Additionally, he has authored numerous publications.
