David W. Trailov is an experienced estate planning and tax attorney focusing on estate planning, probate, and guardianships. He assists clients in preparing and administering wills, trusts, and other estate planning documents. David also has experience with fiduciary litigation, having served as a Fiduciary Officer primarily responsible for administering often times complex trust and guardianship estates for a large bank. With this diversified experience, David is able to offer clients a unique perspective on trust and estate administration.
David’s approach is simple: understand each client’s needs and circumstances, and be accessible so that each client has the best possible experience. His practice allows him to assist a variety of clients–individuals requiring a Will, families with complicated planning issues such as children with special needs, families looking minimize estate tax, and fiduciaries needing assistance with the managing of an estate.
As a member of the Evans Scholars Leadership Council, David helps administer a mentorship program for Scholars currently in college. In his free time, David competes in triathlons and has finished an Ironman. He also enjoys photography, cooking and spending time with family.
